Using GoalValue implies acceptance of these terms, the legal notice and the privacy policy.
2. Service description
GoalValue provides value-based football information and tips. It is not a betting service and does not guarantee results.
3. User account
You must be 18 or over. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and your account activity.
4. No guarantee of results
Tips are probability estimates. Betting involves a risk of financial loss. You decide under your sole responsibility.
5. Subscriptions (future)
When the paid plan is activated, price, duration, renewal and the right of withdrawal will be disclosed in line with applicable consumer law.
6. Limitation of liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for losses arising from use of the information. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
